EmployTT Terms of Service

  2. Thanks for using EmployTT. This is a service provided by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.


  3. Your use of EmployTT

  4. Access to and Use of Content. You may use this service to browse, apply, track and download job listings from your mobile, computer, tv or any other supported devices. To use EmployTT you wil need a device that meets the system and compatibility requirements for the relevant site content, working Internet access, and compatible software.


    Age Restrictions. Laws of Trinidad and Tobago - Children Act Chapter 46:01

    Section 105:Subject to section 106, a child under the age of sixteen years shall not be employed or work in any public or private undertaking, or in any branch thereof, other than an undertaking, owned and controlled by members of the same family; and any person who employs any such child, commits an offence.

    Section 106: Section 105 shall not apply to work done by:

    1. A child in school for general, vocational or technical education or in other training institutions; or
    2. A child at least fourteen years of age in undertakings, provided that the work is carried out in accordance with conditions prescribed by the Minister with responsibility for education after consultation with the organisations of employers and workers concerned and the work is an integral part of:
      • A course of education or training for which a school or training institution is primarily responsible;
      • A programme of training mainly or entirely in an undertaking which programme has been approved by the Minister with responsibility for education; or
      • A programme of guidance or orientation designed to facilitate a choice of an occupation or apprenticeship of any line of training, formal or informal.

    Unauthorized Access to Accounts.You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and ensure that you do not share them with anyone else.
